中國鋼結構協會召開“375米全鋼超高層結構施工關鍵技術研究”科技成果評價會

2023年4月16日,中國鋼結構協會組(zu)織召開“375米全(quan)鋼超(chao)高層結構施(shi)工關鍵技(ji)(ji)術研究”科技(ji)(ji)成果評價(jia)會。該成果由中建八局(ju)新型建造工程有限公司完成。

評價(jia)會邀請中國寶武鋼鐵集團有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)首(shou)席專家賀明玄教(jiao)授級高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)組長,上(shang)海交(jiao)通大(da)學趙金城教(jiao)授,上(shang)海建筑設(she)計研究院有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)姜文(wen)偉(wei)教(jiao)授級高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、上(shang)海建工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)陳曉明教(jiao)授級高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和上(shang)海寶冶集團有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)項(xiang)目管理(li)部(bu)總(zong)(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)肖瑾教(jiao)授級高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)成員(yuan)。中建八局新型建造工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)孫加齊(qi)、局技(ji)術管理(li)序列專家馮國軍、副總(zong)(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)陳海洲(zhou)、科(ke)技(ji)質量部(bu)經(jing)理(li)石(shi)文(wen)井等項(xiang)目主要完(wan)成人參加會議。

會上(shang),中建(jian)八局新型建(jian)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程有限公司廣商中心項(xiang)目(mu)總工(gong)(gong)程師熊自(zi)強代表項(xiang)目(mu)組,匯報了(le)(le)項(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)究(jiu)背景、關鍵(jian)創(chuang)新技術及(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)應用等內容。評價專家們審(shen)閱了(le)(le)技術資料(liao),經質詢和(he)討(tao)論,認為項(xiang)目(mu)組針對“375米全鋼超高層結(jie)構(gou)施工(gong)(gong)關鍵(jian)技術研(yan)究(jiu)”課題開展(zhan)了(le)(le)專項(xiang)研(yan)究(jiu),取得的主要(yao)創(chuang)新成(cheng)果(guo)如下:

1.發明了(le)(le)“一種巨(ju)柱(zhu)腳(jiao)分單(dan)元施工(gong)方法及其預(yu)制支(zhi)架(jia)”和(he)“一種巨(ju)型埋入式柱(zhu)腳(jiao)可調節裝置”,解決了(le)(le)巨(ju)型柱(zhu)腳(jiao)精確安裝的難題,提高了(le)(le)施工(gong)效(xiao)率。

2.發明了“一種六支(zhi)(zhi)座下(xia)(xia)承支(zhi)(zhi)撐式塔吊(diao)支(zhi)(zhi)撐體系(xi)”和“附(fu)著(zhu)面(mian)(mian)收縮(suo)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia)動臂塔吊(diao)爬升輔助結構”,解決了支(zhi)(zhi)撐體系(xi)高(gao)效轉(zhuan)運及鋼柱附(fu)著(zhu)面(mian)(mian)截面(mian)(mian)收縮(suo)時塔吊(diao)爬升難題(ti)。

3.研發了全鋼內筒斜柱(zhu)(zhu)轉換節點(dian)制作和安裝(zhuang)技(ji)術,解決了巨型斜方柱(zhu)(zhu)相(xiang)貫和“Y”形交叉變截面傾斜巨柱(zhu)(zhu)施(shi)工難題。

該(gai)研究成(cheng)果取得了(le)專利8項(xiang)(其中發(fa)明專利5項(xiang))、省部級工法2項(xiang),發(fa)表(biao)論文9篇,并在廣商中心(xin)大廈得到(dao)了(le)示(shi)范應用(yong),經濟效益和社會效益顯著,具(ju)有廣闊的應用(yong)前景。

專家組認(ren)為(wei)該成果總(zong)體上(shang)達(da)到國(guo)際先進水(shui)平,其中“全鋼內筒斜柱轉換節點制(zhi)作和安(an)裝(zhuang)技術”達(da)到國(guo)際領先水(shui)平。
