中國鋼結構協會召開“375米全鋼超高層結構施工關鍵技術研究”科技成果評價會

2023年4月16日,中(zhong)(zhong)國鋼(gang)結(jie)構協會組織召開“375米全鋼(gang)超高層結(jie)構施工(gong)關鍵技術研究(jiu)”科技成(cheng)果(guo)評價(jia)會。該成(cheng)果(guo)由中(zhong)(zhong)建八局新(xin)型建造工(gong)程有限公司完成(cheng)。

評價會邀請中國寶武鋼(gang)鐵集(ji)團有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)首(shou)席(xi)專家(jia)賀明玄教(jiao)授(shou)級高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)組長,上(shang)海(hai)交通(tong)大學趙金城教(jiao)授(shou),上(shang)海(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑設計研究院有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)總(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)姜(jiang)文(wen)(wen)偉教(jiao)授(shou)級高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、上(shang)海(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集(ji)團股份有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)總(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)陳(chen)曉明教(jiao)授(shou)級高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和上(shang)海(hai)寶冶(ye)集(ji)團有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)項目管理(li)部總(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)肖(xiao)瑾教(jiao)授(shou)級高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)成員。中建(jian)(jian)(jian)八局新型(xing)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)總(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)孫(sun)加齊、局技(ji)術管理(li)序列專家(jia)馮(feng)國軍、副總(zong)(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)陳(chen)海(hai)洲、科技(ji)質(zhi)量部經理(li)石文(wen)(wen)井等項目主要(yao)完(wan)成人(ren)參加會議。

會上,中建八局新(xin)型(xing)建造工程有(you)限公司廣商中心項目總工程師熊自(zi)強代表項目組,匯報了(le)項目研(yan)究背(bei)景(jing)、關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)創(chuang)新(xin)技術(shu)及成(cheng)果應用等內(nei)容(rong)。評價專家們審閱了(le)技術(shu)資料,經質詢和討(tao)論,認為項目組針對(dui)“375米全鋼超高(gao)層結構施工關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)技術(shu)研(yan)究”課題開展(zhan)了(le)專項研(yan)究,取(qu)得的主要創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果如下(xia):

1.發明了(le)(le)“一種(zhong)巨柱腳(jiao)(jiao)分單元施(shi)工方法(fa)及其預制支架(jia)”和“一種(zhong)巨型埋入(ru)式柱腳(jiao)(jiao)可調(diao)節裝置”,解決了(le)(le)巨型柱腳(jiao)(jiao)精確安(an)裝的難題(ti),提(ti)高了(le)(le)施(shi)工效率(lv)。

2.發(fa)明了(le)“一種六支座下(xia)承支撐式(shi)塔(ta)吊(diao)支撐體系”和“附(fu)著面(mian)收縮情況下(xia)動臂塔(ta)吊(diao)爬(pa)(pa)升輔助結(jie)構(gou)”,解決(jue)了(le)支撐體系高(gao)效轉(zhuan)運及鋼柱附(fu)著面(mian)截面(mian)收縮時塔(ta)吊(diao)爬(pa)(pa)升難題。

3.研發了(le)全鋼(gang)內筒斜柱(zhu)轉換節點制作和安裝(zhuang)技術,解(jie)決了(le)巨(ju)型斜方柱(zhu)相貫和“Y”形(xing)交叉變截(jie)面傾斜巨(ju)柱(zhu)施工難(nan)題。

該(gai)研究成果取(qu)得(de)了(le)專(zhuan)利8項(xiang)(其中發(fa)明專(zhuan)利5項(xiang))、省部級工(gong)法2項(xiang),發(fa)表論文9篇(pian),并在廣(guang)商中心大廈得(de)到(dao)了(le)示范(fan)應用(yong),經濟效(xiao)益和社會效(xiao)益顯著,具(ju)有廣(guang)闊的應用(yong)前景。

專家(jia)組認為該成果總(zong)體上達到國際先進(jin)水平,其中“全鋼(gang)內筒斜柱轉換節點制作(zuo)和安裝(zhuang)技術”達到國際領先水平。
